This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do when using mp3towavconvert.com (the “Site”), including the MP3 to WAV converter, the WAV file size calculator and our guides. It forms part of our Terms of Use.

1. Use the Site lawfully

You may use the Site for any lawful personal or professional purpose, for free and without limits. You must comply with all laws that apply to you, including copyright law.

2. Only convert audio you have the right to use

Because conversion happens on your own device, we never see your files. That also means you are responsible for them. Only convert audio that you own, that is licensed to you, that is in the public domain, or that you are otherwise permitted to use. Converting a file to WAV does not give you any new rights to it.

3. What is not allowed

You must not:

  • Use the Site to infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights of others, or to help anyone else do so.
  • Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload or impair the Site or its servers, including through denial-of-service attacks or excessive automated requests.
  • Scrape, crawl or copy the Site's content in bulk, or republish our guides as your own, beyond what the law allows (normal search engine indexing is welcome).
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or other systems.
  • Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code.
  • Interfere with the ads shown on the Site through fraudulent clicks or automated traffic.
  • Frame, mirror or present the Site in a way that suggests it belongs to someone else.

4. Linking

You are welcome to link to any page of the Site, as long as the link is not misleading and does not suggest that we endorse you or your content.

5. Enforcement

If we believe this policy has been breached, we may block access to the Site, remove content or take other appropriate action, including reporting unlawful activity to the authorities.
